Homeowners purchasing a property within the Garrison Farms subdivision will be required to pay an Owners Association initation fee of $250.00 in addtition to the $150.00 annual Owners Association fee. This fee should be paid to the address below. Please include the property address and lot number with your check.

Lost key fee is $100.00. When selling, current homeowners should ensure the key to the common areas is transfered to the new owners.
